Minimum Necessary Data
Where full Aadhaar is not needed, only the last four digits are requested.
Masked Public Display
Aadhaar, PAN and other sensitive identifiers are not displayed on public verification pages.
Restricted Admin Access
Module-based permissions control viewing, adding, editing, deletion, approval and export of records.
Consent Records
Consent provided on sensitive application and payment forms may be recorded with a version and reference.
What You Can Request
For correction of your record or a privacy question, contact the organisation using your registered email/mobile. Statutory, financial or audit records may be retained where applicable.
